ShapeX Tools Shipping Policy
Customer Pickup:
You may choose this option on “check out” as well as contacting sharon@shapex.com.au
If ShapeX Tools permits you to collect or arrange for your own collection of products you order from the Website you will be required to provide the following
- Photo ID (Current)
- Invoice with payment balance of $0.00
- If you are arranging a third party to collect on your behalf we will require an authority letter from you and the following documents
a. Photo Id (Current)
b. Invoice with payment balance of $0.00
c. Copy of authority letter to collect on your behalf
Shipping Services
Most packages are shipped via Direct Freight, StarTrack, Couriers Please and Australia Post.
When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all packages for orders received within 24-48 hours of receipt of said order (Monday through Friday) We do not ship on weekends. All packages placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
- Packages can take anywhere from take 2 to 5 days or longer for rural or WA deliveries 5 to 10 days.
*Please note that weather issues such as storms, floods fires etc can affect delivery times. - Such events are out of our control and may effect delivery speed. Updates on emergency events and delivery delays can be viewed on the carriers website.
- Noting that any bulk orders, shipment times will be discussed on an order to order basis.
How do I track my package?
You will be notified by email through the chosen carrier of ShapeX Tools AU on every step of the delivery status including pickup, delivery status and delivered status.
Can I cancel my shipment?
Packages cannot be cancelled once they are in transit. Packages can only be cancelled if a shipping label has not been created yet.
