Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your request is approved, we’ll issue a return authorisation and a shipping label or return instructions.
