Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your request is approved, we’ll issue a return authorisation and a shipping label or return instructions. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable; unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is at your cost. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately about any defects, damage or wrong items so we can make it right. For safety and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including laser tubes, materials, and custom or personalised products. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
