To be eligible, products must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your request is approved, we’ll issue a return authorisation and a shipping label or return instructions. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable; unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is at your cost.
